3. Payments & Fees
Some of our services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under Maltese law.

We retain all rights to our proprietary technology, software, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without explicit written permission.
Custom solutions developed specifically for you become your property upon full payment, though we retain rights to underlying frameworks and methodologies.
5. Data Protection

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Maltese law, Kaapisoft’s liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding six (6) months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us or discontinuing use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Malta.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
