The team followed a manual, resource-intensive, and time-consuming process for creating and generating renewal letters and offers. They needed an automation solution to generate and print these documents quickly without compromising accuracy.
The Solution
Kaapisoft provided a lean automation solution tailored to auto-generate and print renewal letters on the go without manual intervention. The solution was built using a Power Automate flow integrated with See3D’s existing Office 365 subscription. A request initiated via the CRM system (on a custom SharePoint API wrapper) triggered the flow, which auto-created the letters, saved them in a SharePoint document library, and automatically queued them for printing.
